I accept the following insurances through Grow Therapy and Headway: Aetna, Carelon, Kaiser NorCal, LA Care, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, United Healthcare, and more. Insurance accepted can be viewed at Grow Therapy or Headway. If you’re using insurance, please verify your mental health coverage with your insurance provider ahead of time.

Individual Therapy Rates
These sessions offer a consistent space for reflection, growth, and healing.
Initial Evaluation Session (60 minutes) – $225
Ongoing Individual Therapy (60 minutes) – $185
Ongoing Individual Therapy (45 minutes) – $150
Couples & Family Therapy Rates
Focused on building emotional connection, communication, and repair.
Couples/Family Counseling (60 minutes) – $250
